There is no denying, 2020 has been a difficult year for couples who have been planning their wedding, and for the wedding industry.
However on a more positive note, lots of our lovely couples have celebrated, or, are about to celebrate their first wedding anniversary, which makes us very happy.
Rewinding back one year ago to last September and to the wedding of Iain and Kelly. This gorgeous wedding was held at the beautiful Riding School at Calke Abbey, Derbyshire.
The naturally styled wedding flowers were centred around a colour scheme of nude, burgundy, whites and greens , with the inclusion of thistles to incorporate Iains Scottish heritage. Even the couples gorgeous pooch got a little thistle buttonhole.
The venue was dressed with a hexagon installation, and lovely glass terrariums on the tables , with flowers to coordinate.
It feels like an age since we were busy preparing wedding flowers, so I can’t thank Charlie and Em photography enough for sending us their gorgeous images of the day, and giving us this trip down memory lane .
